Tolles Umfeld, sehr gem&uuml;tliche R&auml;umlichkeiten. Wir k&ouml;nnen es nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Kundenservice sehr schwach, nicht gastfreundlich.es gab noch nicht einmal R&uuml;hrei wie in der Email angegeben war vom Caf&eacute;.Br&ouml;tchen und Belag sehr einfach und d&uuml;nner Kaffee den man kaum trinken konnte.

Ich hatte zu 09.00 Uhr 3 Pl&auml;tze reserviert und es waren keine Br&ouml;tchen da, mussten erst aufgebacken werden, waren Aufbackbabguetts.Der erste Kaffee war lauwarm. Nach Saft musste gefragt werden, der Beh&auml;lter war leer. Alles andere passte. Ich werde nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Leider war ich wirklich entt&auml;uscht, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich bem&uuml;ht den Gast alle W&uuml;nsche zu erf&uuml;llen  und auch sehr nett und h&ouml;flich aber ich hatte einen Tisch am Kamin reserviert, der f&uuml;r ein romantisches Date sein sollte und der mir schriftlich auch im Vorfeld zugesichert wurde und dann leider vergessen wurde den Wunsch einzuhalten.Die Auswahl am Essen hat mich von der Menge her und auch Auswahl auch befriedigt aber nicht so sehr &uuml;berzeugt das ich begeistert war.Tut mir leid aber da ist noch potenzial nach oben.Es war auch sehr kalt trotz Kaffee.
